AVP – Asset Management Sales

Job Description

  • Demonstrable track record by identifying, marketing, promoting and raising AUMs from Ultra High Net worth Individuals
  • Demonstrable experience raising AUMs for alternative investment strategies and products, including illiquid investments.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with UHNWIs.
  • Knowledge and experience of Islamic investment principles and investor groups.
  • Experience in managing the full life cycle of the sales process from prospect identification to closing, including the negotiation of Investment Management Agreements.
  • Identify best accounts for these institutional clients and put in place a strategy to convert from prospect to client.
  • Make the introduction to potential clients about our product family and initiate a dialogue.
  • Understand the profile and the specific needs of the client.
  • Develop new business relationships with pension funds, family offices, large corporate, wholesale distributors and UHNWI.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance
  • 7-10 years’ professional business development experience.
  • Strategic thinker
  • Bilingual; Arabic and English
