Property Supervisor – 2 vacancies (Saudi and UAE)

Duties:

  • Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies.
  • Negotiating and enforcing leases.
  • Maintaining and securing premises.
  • Conduct property site visits (Portfolio properties and new opportunities).
  • Submit reports according to property site visits.
  • Follow up with property manager regarding all aspects of the property.
  • Follow up with government-related tasks requested by fund manager.
  • Conduct area/property surveys periodically and upon request.
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Requirement

  • High School/ Technical Diploma
  • 15 to 20 years’ experience similar activities
  • Time management skills
  • Communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Has experience in real estate renting and property management
  • Available on call
