Showroom Sales Manager (Riyadh, KSA based company)

Job description

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and prices to assist clients in their purchases
  • Supervise the team of sales associates to ensure a consistent and perfect showroom experience
  • Ensure a smooth sales process by gathering sales insights and giving recommendations on enhancing processes and offerings
  • Implement sales strategies and be responsible for meeting sales targets and retaining clients
  • Build professional relationships with clients, suppliers, interior designers and other third parties
  • Create engaging, creative and stunning showroom displays with an eye for detail • Organize and host events at the showroom
  • Manage the sales associates by setting monthly schedules, holding performance reviews and running training


  • Familiarity with leading architecture and design offices in Saudi Arabia
  • Passion for design in all its forms (from architecture, to furniture, to fashion) and being up-to-date with the latest trends
  • Sales experience
  • An interior design or architecture background (preferable)
  • Microsoft Office
  • CAD
  • Customer service
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
